- 1 whole chicken
- 1 bottle of Iki beer ginger
- 50 ml of soy sauce
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of light caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp spoonful of sesame oil
- 1/2 pepper
- finely minced without seeds
- small bunch coriander
- finely chopped
- 2 stems of spring onion, cut into rings.
Put in a bowl the soy sauce, lime, caster sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and Iki bear and stir. Add the whole chicken and pour the sauce over the chicken. Place the chicken in marinade for at least one hour in the refrigerator so that all flavors can attract good. Cover the bowl with household foil and turn the chicken occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan, pour the marinade over it and place the chicken in the oven. Pour the marinade over the chicken with some regularity so that it does not dry out. When the chicken is done, remove it from the oven, cover with foil if necessary so that it stays warm.
Place the roasting pan on the heat and let the sauce reduce briefly. Remove the roasting pan from the fire if you have the desired thickness. Serve the chicken with a little coriander, spring onions and peppers.
