iKi Zutuki by Ushake

In cooperation with Ushake, a cocktail company specialist in designing concepts for cocktails. In 2007 this cocktail was specially designed for an event called Bar:nl. The new designed cocktail was called ‘iKi Zutuki’. iKi beer, brewed with green tea and Japanese yuzu fruit, and a glass Zutuki, prepared from vinegar. The touch of vinegar in the iKi Zutuki opens your taste buds, for an even more intense experience of the iKi beer.
