In the eighties the legendary band The Police were accompanied on their tour by a photographer who documented their life behind the scenes in a remarkable series of black and white pictures. The name of the photographer: Andy Summers, also the band's guitarist.

The Japanese photographer and "denim-aficionado" Rin Tinaka will be guest of honour at the opening of the remarkable Denim-exposition organised by the fashion brand Blue Blood on July 26. During the Amsterdam Fashion Week, from July 26 till July 28, the Blue Blood For Friends Store at the P.C. Hooftstraat will be transformed into a "vintage denim museum".
