Let's make a fresh Wilco’s iKi beer cocktail. A cool drink!
Ingriedients:
- 20 cc Absolute vodka
- 10 cc lemon juice
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- 3 drops worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of white pepper
- A little lemon rind
- 1 oyster
- Mix a pinch of coarse sea salt and ground black peppercorns
- Handful ice cubes
- Shot of iKi beer
Method:
Pour vodka, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, white pepper, and lemon rind into a cocktail shaker.
Add a handful of ice cubes and mix.
Strain into a Martini glass with the rim damped with water, then dipped in the coarse sea salt and black peppercorns.
Remove oyster from shell, remove any grit and place in the glass.
Leave the oyster to “marinate” in the spicy vodka mixture for 2 minutes.
Top off with a shot of ice cold iKi beer!
